| 摘 要： | 我国普及义务教育工作取得了很大成绩,但尚未实现全国普及。目前普及义务教育的重点是农村,农村的难点是贫困地区。本文着重分析了制约贫困地区义务教育普及率不高的各种因素,同时提出从经济、法制方面如何解决义务教育全面普及的思路,从而肯定我国贫困地区全面实现义务教育的可行性。

| Abstract: | Great achievements have been made in popularizing compulsory education though it is not yet popularized throughout the country.Stress should be put on the rural areas especially in its poor areas.This paper analyses the various factors constraining the compulsory education in the poor areas,proposes some thoughts on these problems and confirms the feasibility of popularizing compulsory education in the poor areas. |
