| Abstract: | Administrative subject Often make the order determination and so on that is a concrete administrative behavior in fact in the formof abstract administrative behavior in administrative subject to make them lose administration but the lawsuit and reconsidering. We call that false abstract administrative behavior. Its appearance serious injuries legitimate rights and interests of the relative people of administration. So we must understand the concrete difference of administrative behavior and abstract administrative behavior . This text has summarized the main view about the difference between them of the academia at present of our country, and come up to distinguish the two from the standard of abstract administrative behavior. |
