| 摘 要： | 在通才教育与专才教育的争论中,个性教育成为人们视野中的新潮流。无论是通才还是专才,在知识经济时代都是必不可少的,关键是根据自身特点扬长避短,而这种选择就是个性教育。个性教育是与全面素质发展的矛盾统一,它的生命力在于与时俱进,不断创新,张扬个性,培养创新人才。

| Abstract: | Character-based education stands out as a new trend in the debate on education for generalists or for specialized tal-ents. Though both indispensable in the knowledge based economy, the emphasis lies in making the best of oneself--an option of character-based education. The education of both character-based and all-round is a contradictory unification, of which the vitality depends on keeping pace with times, engaging in exploitation and innovation, developing individual character and cultivating innovative talents. |
