| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料分析法,回顾了奥运会志愿者发展的历史进程,介绍了北京奥运会志愿者项目和奥运会志愿者的条件、人员与任务,分析了奥运会志愿者存在的价值,最后探讨了北京奥运会志愿者服务的新内涵。
