| 摘 要： | 校内生产性实训基地建设，是高职院校实现“教、学、做”统一的必然选择。因地制宜、因企制宜、因材施教，强化管理，统筹基地功能的发挥，实现由“引企入校”向“引企人教”的升华，在实现培养技能人才教育目标的同时，实现经济效益与社会效益互动共赢，是高职院校步入良性循环的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The construction of on- campus practical training bases is the best choice for higher vocational colle- ges to combine ＂teaching,learning,practising＂. Taking weasures according to local conditions and enterprises, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, strengthening management and making overall plans for the use of the bases to realize the sublimation from ＂ lead enterprises into school＂ to ＂ lead enterprises into teach- ing＂, while realising the educational goal in fostering skilled talents, economic benefit and social benefit are a- chieved, which is an important way for higher vocational colleges to step into a virtuous cycle. |
