| 摘 要： | 实施"走向南亚战略"保山先行一步,是云南建设"大通道"战略的重要组成部份,是保山谋求大发展的难得机遇.保山具有走向南亚的得天独厚的区位战势,也已具备诸多基础条件.应顺势而谋,乘势而上,争取国家和云南省的认同和支持,尽快启动"走向南亚战略",促进保山社会经济的发展.

| Abstract: | Baoshan should take a leading step in implementing the strategy of opening-up to the South Asia,which is an important part of Yunnan international route and is also a good opportunity for greater development. Owing to its unique geographical position and various basic conditions,Baoshan should seize the chance to win approval and support from the state and province and start the project as early as possible so as to make itself socially and economically developed. |
