| 摘 要： | 高校档案馆要在激烈的竞争环境中求得生存和发展，必须转变办馆理念，树立“以人为本。职工第一，用户第一，服务第一”的思想，改革用人制度，引入竞争机制，注重服务创新，创造服务品牌。

| Abstract: | New concepts should be adopted if archive establishment is to survive and develop in heated competitions. In archive management, we should stick to man-oriented ideas of staff members first, customers first and service first. To reach this goal, the present personnel system should be reformed, competition mechanisms introduced and more attention paid to the service quality and innovation. |
