| Abstract: | University secondary academic staff is the coordinating bond between teaching units,their working abilities have an impact on whether the school educational administration works smoothly.Based on the analysis of educational staff work scope,further analysis of the requirements of academic staff work quality is provided,and the corresponding improving measures are put forward. |
