| 摘 要： | 通过对全国10种急诊医学专业期刊2003年载文总量及各类基金资助立项研究论文的统计分析，窥测急诊医学学科的发展水平和研究动向。结果：10种期刊共载文3111篇．其中基金类项目论文453篇，分布在中国危重病急诊医学、中国急救医学、中华急诊医学杂志等8种期刊上：对其中7种急诊医学专业统计源期刊评价体系指标的分析，上述3种期刊论文的总被引频次和影响因子均大于各学科、各专业统计源期刊的平均值，并都进入一个以上国际检索系统。结论：在我国起步较晚的急诊医学二级学科，近年来发展较快，但整体水平和研究质量还有待于提高。

| Abstract: | To study the current development of emergency medicine in China, we compared thesises with projects published in 10 emergency medicine journals, and thus we could provide the concrete numbers for the development of e mergency medicine. Results 3111 thesises were published in the 10 journals. Among them, 453 thesises with projects were published in Chinese Critical Care Medicine, Chinese Journal of Critical Care Medicine, Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine, and other 5 journals. The total cites and impact factors of Chinese Critical Care Medicine, Chinese Journal of Critical Care Medicine, and Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine were higher than the other 7 emergency medicine journals. Conclusion Emergency medicine in China, as a new subject, has developed quickly in the recent years, but the clinical research on emergency medicine needs to be improved. |
