| 摘 要： | 三级跳远是一项技能性要求很高的体育竞赛项目，在连续的跳跃过程中，运动员的膝关节随着很大的压力。所以，膝关节损伤在三级跳远运动员伤病中占很大比例，给今后从事训练、比赛和日常生活带来困难。试从三级跳远的技术特点，造成膝关节损伤的原理以及常见损伤的治疗等方面进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Hop-step-jump is an event that requires high skills. As great pressure rests on the ath-lete's knee-joints inthe course of the jump, damage on the knee-jointsoccupies a high rate of all the sick-nesses hop-step-jump athletes suffer. It has brought about difficultiesto athletes in training, competing and daily activities.This paper attempts to explore the causes andpopular treatments of such damages from the techni-calfeatures of the event. |
