| 摘 要： | 为了提高雪糕生产过程的自动化程度,研究了采用VP13000型雪糕成形生产线控制系统,该系统为PLC结合触摸屏的控制方式,生产过程中的控制功能通过PLC实现,触摸屏作为人机界面实现了启停电机、驱动电磁阀、检查传感器和气缸状态等控制,并可对工艺参数进行设定。

| Abstract: | In order to improving automation of the Ice-cream production,the forming production line of VP13000 colorful Ice-cream uses PLC and touch screen Control.PLC implements the control function of production,touch screen is a man-machine interface which implements various control,such as controls motors,drives electromagnetic valve,checks sensor and cylinder,at the same time,touch screen can set the process parameters. |
