| 摘 要： | 小鼠分别经腹腔注射０．３３、１．００、３．００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１的偏钒酸钠（ＮａＶｏ３），小鼠染毒后第二、四、六周末每组随机抽取５只小鼠观察耳廓微静脉管径、血流速度及流态的变化。结果表明，染毒第四、六周末３．００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１组血管管径减小、血流速度减慢，与对照组比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。另外，染毒六周末１．００ｍｓ·ｋｇ－１组血管管径也明显减小（Ｐ＜０．９５）；四周末１．００ｍｓ、ｋｇ－１组血流速度也减慢（Ｐ＜０．０５）。流态均无改变。

| Abstract: | Male mice were in jected intrapertoreally with NaVo3 at 0.33. 1.00 and3.0 mg. kg-1 respectively, At end of the 2nd. 4td and 6th week after infection, five mice from each group were sampled randomoy to study the venule diamater. hemotachomet and Liquid. At the end of 4th and 6th week of Obvious,the venule diamater and hemotachome decteased in the 3.0 mg. kg-1 group. At the end of 6th week venule diamater decteased in the 1.0 mg. kg-1 group. At the end of 4th week hemotachomet decteased in the 1.0 mg. kg-1 group. Liquid were not funetion. |
