| 摘 要： | 教师思想道德建设,既是社会主义道德建设的重要组成部分,又是社会主义精神文明建设的主要内容.教师思想道德建设的好坏,对于带动社会公德和法制建设,加速社会主义现代化建设事业的发展,促进社会的全面进步,都具有极其重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义.社会主义市场经济同教师道德建设是相辅相存的、辨证统一的,社会主义市场经济的发展能为教师道德建设提供坚实的物质基础,教师道德建设又为社会主义市场经济建设开发人才资源,强化精神文明,提供智力支持.因此,贯彻<公民道德建设实施纲要>,加强全民公德建设,必须首先搞好教师思想道德建设.

| Abstract: | Being one of the important ingredients of public education in socialist ethics, and an effective means to promote socialist cultural and ideological progress as well, teachers' ideological education is of historic and practical significance in raising the social ideological level, promoting education in legality, accel erating the socialist modernization, and advancing the all-round progress of the society. From a dialectical materialist point of view, the socialist market eco nomy and teachers' ideological education complement each other. The development of economy pours a strong foundation for the teachers' ideological education; an d the raising of teachers' ideological level is conducive to the economic constr uction, because it facilitates the cultivation of intellectuals, promotes cultur al and ideological progress of the society, and offers mental supports. The auth or of this article believes that, therefore, in order to strengthen the public e ducation in ethics, we should use the National Program for Citizen's Education i n Ethics as a guideline and place the teachers' ideological education at the fir st place. |
