| 摘 要： | 我国中小企业由于受当前独特的体制、机制、政策以及中小企业自身特点等因素的影响，淮安部分中小企业在发展的过程中面临融资问题，已成为我国经济发展的瓶颈。构建中小企业与融资机构完全信息和不完全信息条件下的动态博弈模型，从根本上分析了中小企业融资难的问题，为中小企业融资提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Due to the current system of unique mechanism and policy, and small and medium enterprises of their own characteristics and other factors, most SMEs in China in the course of development face the problem of financing. It has become a bottleneck in China＇s economic development. To build a complete and information dynamic game model will be a fundamental analysis of the problem of difficulties in financing small and medium enterprises, and provide a reference for SME financing. |
