| 摘 要： | 高校学生干部在教育管理体系中起着承上启下的纽带作用。实证研究表明：高校学生干部与“常规学习能力”“综合能力”存在内在相关性；高校学生干部的“创新能力”和“行为能力”亟待提高；高校学生干部的文化体育能力素质较差；人际关系的沟通困难是影响高校学生干部素质发展的首要因素。应建立科学合理的高校学生干部的评选制度，积极探索创新能力和行为能力的培养方案，加强高校学生干部的人际交往和沟通能力，优化高校学生干部队伍，提升高校学生干部整体素质水平，引导高校学生干部素质发展呈良性趋势。

| Abstract: | Student leaders of universities and colleges serve as a bridge and bond in education administration system. Empirical study indicates that inherent correlation exists between student leaders of universities or colleges and ＂conventional learning ability＂ or ＂comprehensive ability＂, ＂innovation ability＂ and ＂executive capacity＂ are urgent to improve, culture and sports quality of student leaders of universities and colleges is poor, the dominant element to affect the development of student leaders＇ ability is the difficulty in interpersonal communication. It needs to build scientific and reasonable selection and evaluation system, actively explore training scheme of innovation ability and executive capacity, enhance the interpersonal communication ability, optimize student leaders group of universities and colleges, promote the overall quality standard of student leaders group, lead the development of student leaders＇ ability showing a positive trend. |
