| 摘 要： | 目前，基础教育新师资现代教育技术能力的培养与基础教育改革的需要存在较大差距，单纯依靠《现代教育技术学》的课程教学，很难达到要求。必须调动一切积极因素，建构科学的立体化的培养体系，才能使本科层次基础教育新师资的现代教育技术能力得到根本性的提高，以此促进教师专业能力的发展。
