| 摘 要： | 通过实践社区成员互评测定其知识水平,利用凝聚分层聚类算法依据知识水平对成员进行群体划分,借鉴实践社区相关定量研究成果对群体成员的交流效果进行了量化研究,从而得出最佳交流群体,可以解决在这个群体内成员清楚的知道和谁交流能够解决问题以及交流的效果最好的问题,促进实践社区的建设和发展。

| Abstract: | This paper first tests the knowledge level of members of CoP by using their mutual evaluation.Then groups the members based on their knowledge level by using the hierarchical clustering method.At last,learns from the related quantitative research about the communication effects of CoP to do some quantitative research to know the best communication groups.This can help the members of the CoP know that who can help solve the certain problem and have the best effects so as to promote the construction and development of the CoP. |
