| 摘 要： | 大规模在线开放课程带来学习的革命,是对传统教育的颠覆性创新.本文介绍了MOOCs的发展历程、特点以及MOOCs对图书馆的影响,探索与MOOCs相适应的个性化服务,为MOOCs提供学科资源服务,培养用户信息素养,推动图书馆员适应MOOCs的角色转换,能够促进图书馆在MOOCs浪潮中更好地发挥积极的作用.

| Abstract: | Massive open online course brings learning revolution, it is the disruptive innovation of traditional education.The paper introduced the development process and characteristics of MOOCs and the influence on library of MOOCs, explored the personalized services that meets the needs of MOOCs, provided subject resource service for MOOCs, trained users information literacy and promoted the role of librarians to adapt MOOCs conversion, which could promote the library to play a more positive role under the wave of MOOCs. |
