| 摘 要： | 司法公信力是司法赢得社会公众尊重、信任、信赖的能力,体现了社会公众对司法的认可与信任程度,建设法治国家必须提升司法公信力,而司法公信力不是独立生成的,民众的法律信仰、司法独立、司法公正、法官素质是影响公信力确立和提升的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Judicial public faith is the ability of people's regard,trust and faith to justice.It embodies the degree of people's recognition and faith to justice.It is prerequisite to improve judicial public faith if we construct a country under rule of law.Judicial public faith isn't generated automatically,however.The primary influencing elements which improve and establish judicial public faith are following: judicial belief;judicial independency;judicial impartiality quality of judges etc. |
