| 摘 要： | 高校学生就业指导工作是加强和改进高校学生思想政治教育的重要途径.思想政治教育要做到解决思想问题与解决实际问题相结合,就业指导和服务的核心就是帮助学生解决成长和发展中的实际难题.包括学习和就业中的难题和权益维护等.面对高校学生十分复杂的就业心理状态和各种矛盾.应当进行认真的分析并加以积极的引导,探讨毕业生思想教育工作的新对策.帮助毕业生树立正确的就业观和择业观.

| Abstract: | The employment guiding is an important way to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students.In the ideological and political education we have to combine solving ideological problems with solving the actual problems.The key to employment guidance and service is to help students solve their actual difficulties,including the employment problems and maintaining rights and interests.In the face of college students' complicated employment psychology and problems,we should analyze them carefully and give some positive advice and inquire into new measures to help graduates acquire a correct outlook of employment and choosing an occupation. |
