开放教育教学管理中的盲点及其对策

摘    要:开放教育的教学模式相对于传统教育的教学模式发生了根本的变化,但由于主客观方面的原因.在教学全过程中,还可能出现诸多管理盲点。我们可以通过消除学生的认识误区和侥幸心理,培养学生的自主学习能力,有针对性地改革教学计划和课程体系,强化专业辅导员的作用,促进教学管理,切实发挥形成性考核的杠杆作用等办法,变开放教育教学的被动管理为主动管理,变管理为服务,消除管理盲点,提高教学质量。

Abstract:Compared with the traditional mode,the open teaching mode has undergone radical changes.However,owing to subjective and objective reasons ,there are possibilities of causing management drawbacks in the teaching process.The Initiative learning ability of students' can be promoted by means of removing their misunderstandings and coincidential psychology.Some tactics such as highlighting teaching schedule and programme system and focusing on the function of professional advisors can also be introduced.so as to advance the teaching managerment and perform the level function of formal examination fully. Thus we not only shall replace the passive management with the initiative one and so do controling students with serving them but smash the management defects with the improved teaching quality.
