| 摘 要： | 竹山十星文化是一种大文化．它不仅体系宏大，内容丰富，已日渐成为一种推动发展、启迪人心、移风易俗的时代新文化现象，而且涵盖了农村工作的所有领域，对应了农民生产生活的方方面面，涉及到农村工作的全部对象，既是社会管理的有效途径，更是培养文明新风的实践形式，既是培育新型农民的有力措施，更是新农村建设的重要抓手，既是竹山在社会实践中的创造，更是竹山历史社会发展过程中的社会历史沉淀，更重要的还在于它包括了社会主义核心价值体系和全面提高居民道德素质的基本内容．体现了顺应时势的道路自信，秉承了核心价值的理论自信，彰显了丰富完善的制度自信。特别值得大力宣传，深入研究．强力推广。

| Abstract: | Zhushan Ten--Star Culture is a big eulture~with grand system and rich content that has formed a new cultural phenomenon to promote social development, enlighten people＇s mind and improve social customs and covering all aspects of rural works and dealing with all requirements of farmers, acting as an effective way to carry out social management and cultivate new lifestyles, new farmers and build new country. The culture is formed in Zhushan social practice and development, containing the basic contents of socialist core value system and people＇s moral qualityimprovement, and demonstrating the confidence in road, theory and system, worthy of publicity, study and promotion. |
