摘    要:重视学生认知过程的情感因素,研究和发挥非智力因素的积极作用,同时给予正确的鼓励、表扬和肯定的批评,激发学生的学习兴趣,从而使师生在更广泛的领域里互相理解、信任,建立共同语言,融洽师生感情。这既是教学工作顺利进行和提高教学质量的条件,又是激励学生健康成长的不可取代力量。

Abstract:Paying more attention to students' emotion in the recognition, studying and giving full play to non--intel- lectual factors and giving correct eneouragementw praise and positive criticism stimulate students' learning interest, which will help teachers and students understand and trust each other in wider aspeets set up common language, and form a harmony between teachers and students. This will help improve teaching work and quality and promote students' healthy development.
