| 摘 要： | 电信诈骗犯罪兼具了集团犯罪和诈骗犯罪的双重特征，呈现出集团化、异地、非接触性作案等特点，集团内部分工明确、相互之间直接接触少。因而要将犯罪团伙一网打尽，就需要寻找到集团各工种之间相互联系的证据。只有这样才能将整个犯罪集团成员尤其是对犯罪集团主要成员犯罪定罪。

| Abstract: | The telegraphic swindle has the double feature of crime and fraud, showing the following characteristics, such as group--oriented, off--site, non-contact, a clear labor division within the group, and less direct contact with each other. The only way to investigate the whole members of the group, especially the major crime conviction, is finding the electronic evidence between the various types of groups. |
