| 摘 要： | ERP（Enterprise ResourcePlanning企业资源计划）在内界来说已经很普及，无论是用户，还是厂商，对于ERP有着很深刻的的理解。但随着企业业务需求的变化，传统的ERP已经不能快速的适应企业的变化，从总体的角度的来讲，ERP目的在于实现企业的系统化，但它没有把系统的思想同企业的业务想融合，并未使企业的业务流程得到更多的改善。企业应用ERP系统以后，必须还要一套全面的分析系统来帮助企业进行有效的分析，于是高度系统化的IE思想将为企业解决ERP的应用瓶颈提供了重要的依据。

| Abstract: | ERP （Enterprise Resource Planning） has already been relatively popular in industry. Clients and Customers all have profoundly understanding in ERP as well as ERP enterprise. Along with the transactions of firms changed, however, the traditional ERP could not keep UD with the rapid Dace of changes of companies. Standing in the position of entity, ERP is supposed to promote the firms to achieve systematization, however the present ERP fails to harmonize systematic ideology with company transaction, and thus their efforts to refine transaction procedure are distinctive effective. After applying ERP system, firms have to accompany ERP system with comprehensive analysis System to attain effective analysis, consequently, highly systematized industrial engineering （IE） ideology serve as basis of successful application of ERP. |
