| 摘 要： | 英汉法律语言中存在大量的隐喻现象。在认知隐喻理论指导下探讨英汉法律隐喻句的体现形式及其内在生成机制。由于人类共同的认知模式和思维定势,英汉法律隐喻句的生成机制基本相同,都表现为把抽象的法律事物隐喻为具体的事物,具体机制是拟人化、拟动物化、拟植物化、拟物化和异化。

| Abstract: | There are a large amount of metaphorical phenomena in English and Chinese.Under the guidance of the cognitive metaphor theory,this paper studies the forms and the generative mechanisms of legal metaphorical sentences in English and Chinese.Because of human’s common cognitive models and thinking set,the legal metaphorical sentences in English and Chinese have the same generative mechanism,that is to say,they metaphorize the Abstract legal matters into concrete ones.The concrete mechanisms are personification,animalization,plantification,hypostatization and alienation. |
