| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的发展,培养具有国际合作意识、国际交流与竞争能力的双语人才已成为我国高等教育发展的要求,双语课程的建设势在必行。师资力量、学生素质、教材建设和教学环境是影响高校双语课程建设的四个基本因素。建设双语课程要求教师具备扎实的专业知识、良好的外语素养和熟练的教学资源运用能力;要求学生具备一定的外语和专业基础、学习的主动性和积极性;要求配备优秀的双语教材;要求有良好的教学环境为双语课程的开展提供支持和保障。
