| Abstract: | Through an analysis and discussion made of such aspects as the structure of scientific and technological papers,standardization and normalization,writing system,and proofreading,it is proposed that we should put emphasis on the editing of various links in terms of the editing of scientific and technological papers so that the expression of papers is to be incessantly standardized in a scientific way,and the academic standard of scientific and technological papers are to be upgraded. |
