纳米金催化光度法快速检测葡萄糖

摘    要:以抗坏血酸为还原剂,制备了一定粒径的纳米金.所制备的纳米金对葡萄糖与菲林试剂反应有强烈的催化作用,且生成的氧化亚铜微粒在870 nm处的吸光度与葡萄糖含量呈正比.据此,在优化实验条件下,建立了分光光度法检测葡萄糖含量的新方法.该方法灵敏度高、操作简单,可用于葡萄糖的快速检测.

Abstract:A particle size of nanometer gold was made with ascorbic acid as reducing agent. The gold nanoparticles reagent for glucose and film had a strong catalytic effect,and reaction and cuprous oxide particles generated absorbance at 870 nm and glucose content were positive. Accordingly,under the optimized experimental conditions,a new method of spectrophotometry detected the contents of glucose. This method is to be higher sensitivity,simple operation and could be used for rapid detection of glucose.
