| 摘 要： | 随着“入世”后江苏制造业市场的扩大，产业结构发生了重大变化，生产过程由劳动密集型向技术密集型迅速转化，对技术型、高层次、复合型人才提出了更高的要求。化工职业院校与区域制造业之间的良性互动，使职业院校在学生能力的培养和企业对从业人员能力要求上达成“共识”，从而形成了职业教育与区域制造业的“无缝对接”。

| Abstract: | After China's entry in WTO, the share of the manufacturing industries in Jiangsu Province keeps expanding and provincial industrial structure has also greatly changed, i.e. production is quickly changing from a labor-intensive process into a technology intensive one, and the process makes higher demands for skillful, technological and inter-disciplinary talents. The virtuous interaction between chemical vocational colleges and regional manufacturing industries may produce a "consensus" between the education of vocational school students and the requirements of company employees, hence the "seamless joint" between vocational education and regional manufacturing industries. |
