摘    要:基于资源编排理论,构建了众包模式通过资源柔性、协调柔性提升众包能力的理论模型。利用来自247家中国企业的问卷调研数据对所提假设及影响路径进行实证检验,研究结果表明:(1)众包模式对众包能力具有正向显著影响;(2)资源柔性在内向式众包与众包能力之间具有部分中介效应;协调柔性在外向式众包与众包能力之间具有部分中介效应;(3)组织学习氛围、流程正式化分别显著正向调节内向式众包与资源柔性间的关系,以及外向式众包与协调柔性间的关系。研究结果揭示了众包模式如何提升众包能力的过程,为我国企业发展众包能力有一定的启示作用。

Research on the Mechanism of Improving Enterprise Crowdsourcing capability from the Perspective of Resource Orchestration
Abstract:Based on the theory of resource orchestration, a theoretical model of crowdsourcing pattern is adopted to improve crowdsourcing capability through resource flexibility and coordination flexibility. Using the questionnaire survey data from 247 Chinese companies to empirically test the hypothesis and impact path.The results show that:(1)Crowdsourcing pattern have a positive and significant impact on crowdsourcing capabilities;(2) Resource flexibility has a partial mediation effect between inward-oriented and crowdsourcing capabilities; coordination flexibility has a partial mediation effect between outward-oriented crowdsourcing and crowdsourcing capabilities;(3) Organizational learning climate and processes formalization are positively regulating the relationship between introverted crowdsourcing and resource flexibility, outward-oriented crowdsourcing and coordination flexibility. The research results reveal how the crowdsourcing pattern can improve the crowdsourcing capabilities, which has certain enlightenment for the construction of crowdsourcing capabilities in Chinese enterprises.
