| 摘 要： | 教学的中心问题是质量，而对教学质量起决定因素的是教师。从现实教学中理论与实践的结合在，去探析教师取得教学成功应具备的三个要素：善教必启，力在求新。并围绕课堂教学如何更好地体现创新教育这一中心问题进行建设性的探讨。
