| 摘 要： | 组织员是高职院校在基层党组织负责学生党员发展工作的党务工作者。高职院校组织员参与开展学生思想政治教育工作是高职院校推动“三全育人”的重要举措,将加快高职院校“大思政格局”的构建,促进高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的健康发展,进一步丰富高职院校学生工作队伍,提升高职院校学生思想政治教育工作水平,推进高职院校落实立德树人根本任务。

| Abstract: | The organizer is the party affairs worker who is responsible for student party member development in grassroots party organization of higher vocational colleges.In higher vocational colleges it is an important measure for organizers to participate in students'ideological and political education work to promote"three-wide education".This will accelerate the construction of"the great ideological and political pattern"in higher vocational colleges,promote the healthy development of students'ideological and political education work,enlarge students'working group,enhance the level of students'ideological and political education work,and promote morality education in higher vocational colleges. |
