| 摘 要： | 体育法的修订,离不开对体育概念的界定与说明。以过程哲学为视野,将体育概念重构为:人追寻自身生命价值的身体运动过程。追寻生命价值可从追求自然生命价值和探寻超越生命价值两个过程来诠释,自然生命价值是基础,指向身体价值,超越生命价值是升华,指向求真、向善、尚美、追圣四个维度;身体运动是体育的基本手段。借体育法修订之契机,将体育概念纳入体育法总则之中,发挥其在体育法中的引领作用,为全民健身、学校体育与竞技体育等篇章以及相关条文奠定基础。 |

| Abstract: | The revision of Sports Law in China is inseparable from the definition and explanation of the concept of sports.Seen from the process philosophy,the concept of sports is reconstructed as the physical movement process in which people pursue their own life value.The pursuit of life value can be interpreted from two processes: the pursuit of values the natural life and of the transcendence of life.The value of the natural life is the basis,which means the value of the body.The sublimation is the pursuit of truth,goodness,beauty and sacredness.Physical activity is the basic means of sports.The inclusion of concepts of sports into the general provisions of the Sports Law can give play to its leading role,and lay foundation for compiling the chapters of fitness for all,school sports and competitive sports etc. |
