| 摘 要： | 目的:在小儿围手术期护理中应用ISO流程,提高护理管理质量.方法:对我院2005年后手术治疗的987例患儿围手术期的护理采用ISO流程管理,与2005年前进行护理质量对比.结果:护理缺陷率降低,手术和麻醉医师满意度上升.结论:ISO流程应用于小儿围手术期护理可以显著提高护理质量.

| Abstract: | Objective: Apply ISO process in children perioperative care,to improve the quality of care management.Methods: Adopt ISO process management to 987 cases surgical treatment children pediatric perioperative care after 2005 in our hospital,and contrast the quality of care prior to2005.Results: Care deficiencies rates were reduced,surgery and anesthesia physician satisfaction were increased.Conclusion: ISO process application for pediatric perioperative care can significantly improve quality of care. |
