| 摘 要： | 国防科技企业是国家战略性产业,承担着武器装备研制和国民经济建设双重任务.建设创新型国防科技企业,核心就是要增强自主创新能力,掌握核心技术和关键技术,拥有更多的知识产权.通过分析国防科技企业知识产权面临的发展机遇和竞争压力,提出了国防科技企业知识产权制度建设的路径选择,对于建设创新型国防科技企业有重要意义.
