| 摘 要： | 近年来,普通高校外事工作在取得发展的同时,也面临着引智渠道有限、对外交流与合作形式单一、留学生规模小、外事人才队伍急待加强等问题。普通高校可以从几个方面加强外事工作:积极拓展引智渠道,做好外籍人才管理;采取多种形式,稳定开展对外合作交流;加强留学生工作,提升国际影响力;加大派出工作力度,不断提高师资水平;加强外事人才队伍建设。

| Abstract: | In recent years, foreign affairs of common colleges have been developed, but there are still some problems at the same time. The ways of employing foreign experts are limited, the form of international exchange and codperation is unitary, the number of foreign students is small, the person engaging in foreign affairs is few. Common colleges could take measures to enhance the job of foreign affair. First, broadening the channel of employing foreign experts and management; Second, carrying out steadily external exchange and cooperation in different ways; Third, enhancing the project of foreign students and promoting the international influence of university; Forth, sending more staff out to get further study and improve the level of teachers Fifth, strengthening the team-build of foreign affairs. |
