The research on the development of characteristic high-quality teaching resources in college physical education and national traditional sports |

| Abstract: | Summary： The national traditional sports is an important part of Chinese national culture. Melting national traditional sports into college physical education is not only for the reform of college physical education injecting new content and vigor, but also for inheritance and carrying forward the national traditional sports. Through integrating characteristic high-quality teaching resources in college physical education and national traditional sports and researching into teaching experiment and curriculum evaluation, it demonstrates the advantage effect of melting national traditional sports into college physical education that meets the demands of students＇ exercise diversification, which is beneficial to the development of students＇ physical and psychological health, according with current college physical education reform＇ s needs. These changes provide beneficial references to further develop and use the college education resources, to make physical characteristic curriculum that combines modern physical culture and national physical culture and to promote national traditional sports culture and the reform of college physical education. |
