| 摘 要： | 司法价值应是“秩序与正义”二位一体的价值目标综合体，并且在各自的体系下又包涵着子体系，司法改革应紧紧围绕这一价值目标体系。司法对宪政秩序的追求依赖于他的正义意义．司法追求的正义目标又是为维护宪政秩序的目标而服务的。

| Abstract: | Judical value should be synthesis of value objective of integrating order and justice,which has its own subsystem.Judical reform should focus on the system of value objective.Judice that seeks the order of constitutional government depends on its own justice.The just objective that judice seeks is to serve the objective of maintaining the order of constitutionlism. |
