| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、个案研究法等,对我国女子跆拳道运动员吴静钰的战术特点进行个案研究,研究认为：吴静钰的主要战术是横踢技术,其次是下劈技术,在实战中能够形成自己独特的技战术风格,能够以积极主动的进攻为基本战术策略,能根据自己的实战经验,灵活运用各种战术。建议今后在训练中将定性与定量管理科学的结合起来,重视女子跆拳道技战术的创新,借鉴和吸收其他体育运动项目的技战术训练经验,以期促进我国女子跆拳道运动的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | This article uses the methods of literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics, case study, etc, to do the case study of the tactical characteristics of Chinese women＇s taekwondo athletes Wu Jingyu. The study finds： Wu Jingyu＇s main tactic is her cross kick technology, the second is her splitting technique, to form her own unique style of tactics in actual combats, and she can take active attack as the basic tactic, can according to own actual combat experience, flexibly use various tactics. Advice on the training in the future will be the combination of qualitative and quantitative management science, the innovation of the tactics for the women＇s taekwondo, drawing lessons from and absorbing other sports technique training experience, in order to promote the sustainable development of women＇s taekwondo in China. |
