不同机体血清中SOD、T-AOC、AMPK水平的对比研究——以体育和非体育专业学生为例

摘    要:通过对20名体育专业学生(体育组)和20名非体育专业学生(非体育组)血清中AMPK、SOD、T-AOC水平的测定,对数据进行比较分析,以此来探讨不同锻炼强度对机体血清中SOD、T-AOC、AMPK水平的影响。结果显示:1.体育组和非体育组机体血清中AMPK浓度值均值为59.44±7.43U/L,非体育组机体血清中AMPK浓度均值为8.50±8.23U/L,组间比较具有显著性差异(P〈0.01)2.体育组机体血清中的SOD均值为34.48±6.51U/L,非体育组机体血清中的SOD均值为19.17±7.25U/L,组间比较具有非常显著性差异(P〈0.001)3.体育组机体血清中的T-AOC均值为11.22±14.24U/L,非体育组机体血清中T-AOC均值为10.34±5.33U/L,组间不具有显著性差异。最后得出结论:长期的较高强度的运动锻炼能显著提高机体血清中AMPK、SOD水平,有效增加组织机体的能量代谢水平和抗氧化能力,这是机体产生良性运动适应的表现。

Abstract:Through the 20 sports majors( sports group) and 20 non-sports majors( non-sports group) serum AMPK,SOD,T-AOC levels measured data for comparative analysis,in order to explore different exercise intensities on body serum SOD,T-AOC,AMPK levels of influence. The results show that: 1 sports groups and non-sports groups AMPK body serum concentration values mean 59. 44 ± 7. 43 U / L,the concentration of the non-sporting group,the mean serum body AMPK was 8. 50 ± 8. 23 U / L,compare with a significant difference between the groups( P 0. 01) 2. Sports Team of the body serum SOD mean 34. 48 ± 6. 51 U / L,non-sporting group,the mean body serum SOD was 19. 17 ± 7. 25 U / L,compare with a very significant difference between the groups( P 0. 001) 3. Sports Team of the body serum T-AOC mean of 11. 22 ± 14. 24 U / L,non-sporting group,the body serum T-AOC mean of 10. 34 ± 5. 33 U / L,no significant between-group differences. Final conclusion: the movement of long-term high intensity exercise can significantly improve the body's serum AMPK,SOD levels,effectively increasing the level of energy metabolism and the body's antioxidant capacity of the organization,which is to adapt the body to produce healthy sports performance.
