| 摘 要： | 太极拳是享誉世界的中国武术之一,也是中国传统文化的典型代表。文章主要通过文献资料法对太极拳蕴含的传统文化思想进行研究,研究得出：＂阴阳＂是太极拳基本的哲理思想,＂天人合一＂是太极拳典型的思想范式,＂贵和持中＂是太极拳独特的价值理念,＂克己复礼＂是太极拳的核心人文精神。通过对太极拳的文化思想的认知,对于理解它的文化特征以及其中的文化精神奥义具有重要的价值和作用。

| Abstract: | Tai- chi is one of the most world- famous China Wushu and rather typical of the Chinese traditional culture.This paper, based on the method, analyzes Chinese traditional cultural ideology in Tai- chi. The study conclusions include： in the Tai- chi, the concept of ＂Yin and Yang＂ is the basic philosophical ideology, the concept of ＂Communion with nature ＂ is the typical thinking paradigm, the ＂R especting harmony and balance＂ is the unique value, and the concept of ＂Denying self and returning to propriety＂ is the core humanity spirit. According to cognizing these Chinese traditional cultural ideologies of Tai- chi, the study is invaluable in helping understand the cultural features and spirit of the Tai- chi. |
