| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法以及数理统计法等研究方法,从具有民族传统体育硕士点45所高等院校中抽取了六所院校（北京体育大学、华东师范大学、上海体育学院、华南师范大学、苏州大学、河南大学）为研究对象,对其硕士生的招生人数、师资队伍、研究方向、课程设置、学时分配、学习年限等分别进行调查与分析,从中找出培养武术研究生的成功与不足,并提出相应的发展对策：（1）拓展武术研究领域;（2）培养理论与实践相结合的武术高层次人才,成为传承中华武术的核心力量;（3）建立联合导师组制;（4）营造浓厚的学术氛围;（5）课程设置要多元化。

| Abstract: | This paper, with the method of literature review, logical analysis and expert interview, chooses six universities（including Beijing Sport University, East China N ormal University, Shanghai University of Sport, South China N ormal University, Soochow University and H enan University） from 45 colleges and universities that have Master of Sports, to study their Recruit students, faculty, research direction, the curriculum, school distribution, period of schooling, to find out the problems and shortcoming of present Wushu Master cultivation, and put forward some strategies as following： the first one is expanding the area of Wushu research; the second one is cultivating the talent student who can combine theories with practice; the third one is building the joint tutorial system; the forth one is creating a dense academic atmosphere; the fifth is promoting the diversity of curriculum. |
