| 摘 要： | 自高中体育与健康选项教学实施以来,武术就成为最受学生喜欢的项目之一,通过调查研究发现教师在武术教学内容的选择上存在众多问题：教学内容的选择落后、乱、散,没有递进性;套路上缺少创新,硬搬硬套现象严重;教学内容难度大,致使学生学起来比较吃力;缺少技击性等,从而导致学生丧失对武术的兴趣,文章主要通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等方法,走访长期从事武术教学的一线教师以及有三年武术学习经验的学生,进行总结研究,提出在教学内容选择上的注意事项和方法,以保证武术教学的实效性。

| Abstract: | Wushu teaching has become one of the most favorite events, since optional teaching has been conducted in high school PE class. The research finds some problems on the contents of Wushu teaching： they are out- of- date, too chaotic, too widespread, and not progressive; teaching ways are lacking in creativity and are copied blindly; at the same time, the teaching contents are too difficult, which contribute to students＇ hardship and technical absence and all of these lead to students＇ lack of interests. This article uses the methods of literature, interview and quetionaire, and interview the teachers who preacises Wushu teaching for a long time and the students who have learned the Wushu for three years. By comparing and researching, it concludes the matters needing attention and methods of choosing contents, which is aimed at the timeliness of Wushu teaching. |
