| 摘 要： | 2 1世纪是知识经济的时代。知识创新将成为未来社会的基础和核心 ,这就要求我们的教育必须从传统教育转向创新教育 ,培养具有创新精神和创新能力的人才。要搞好创新教育 ,应注意三个方面。第一、树立“以人为本” ,师生平等的观念 ;第二、注意培养学生的知识关联能力和思想品质 ;第三、关注学生的个性发展。

| Abstract: | century is the era of kno wledge economy.By the coming of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge innovatio n will be the foundation and the core of the future society.It forces us to exch ange the education from the usual to the innovative.We must train the youth to h ave innovative spirit and innovative ability.There are three aspects which shoul d be no ticed in innovative education.First,we must have the conception of "human is the first" and "teacher and student are equal" .Second,we should pay attention to the training of the students to have the ability of asociating the knowle dges and to have high ideological quality.Third,we should pay attention to the growing of the students' personality. |
