| 摘 要： | 剖析了当前高等院校体育教育本科专业实践教学评价及管理体系，根据存在的问题及实践教学的特点和教学目标，制定了“动态评价-分段管理”评价管理模式，并分析这一模式的优势所在。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the teaching evaluation and management system of practice teaching of PE undergraduate major in universities. According to the existing problems and the characteristics and target of teaching, the authors formulated the Dynamic Evaluation-Substage Management Pattern. The advantage of the pattern is analyzed in the paper. |
