| 摘 要： | 要加快农业结构调整,发展农村经济,增加农民收入,唯一的出路是用高科技嫁接农业、推进农业产业化。利用现代信息技术建设天水市农业信息化服务体系,搭建农业信息应用平台,是提升和改造天水市传统农业、提高农业生产力水平、促进农业产业结构调整和可持续性发展的一项重要举措。

| Abstract: | There is only one way to speed up the adjustment to the agricultural structure, to promote the development of rural economy, and to raise the income of peasant. That is to promote the industrialization agriculture with the help of the new high technology. Make use of IT to construct the Agriculture Information Service System of Tianshui and build the platform for the practice of agriculture information, which is an important measure to elevate and reform the traditional agriculture of Tianshui, improve the agriculture productive forces, promote the adjustment to the agriculture structure and sustainable development. |
