| 摘 要： | 成人素质教育是为了适应社会长远发展的需要 ,注重开发成人受教育者的潜能 ,促进成人学生能力全面发展的教育。成人素质教育的推行是当前知识经济时代的要求 ;知识经济时代需要“通才” ,“通才”是具有创新能力和创造能力的 ;学校要提高教师自身的素质 ,加强学生对基础知识和基本理论的学习 ,改进教育方法 ,更新教学手段 ,注重和加强情商的培养 ,从而推进成人素质教育。

| Abstract: | Adult quality education, which concentrates on developing potential ability of adult students for all aspects, is the demand of the world of today's knowledge economy society. The all-round personnel with the ability of innovation and creation are needed urgently nowadays. Improving the quality of teachers, emphasizing the basic knowledge learning, updating and modifying the method of teaching and paying attention to and strengthening the education of EQ will carry the adult quality education forward. |
