| 摘 要： | 产业集群是区域经济发展的重要增长极.本文对中部地区产业集群的发展现状进行了描述,分析了中部地区产业集群发展面临的问题,对地方政府促进产业集群发展的动态进行总结,概括了政府活动中被忽略的因素.最后,针对产业集群发展的问题与政府作为的不足提出了具体的政策建议.
