| 摘 要： | 当前的企业技术创新能力评价体系过分关注创新产出而忽略创新过程。以Kline和Rosenberg提出的链式模型为基础．构建了网络环境下企业技术创新过程模型。应用因子分析法识别出企业技术创新能力的六个构面，Cronbach α显示具有较高信度，构建了网络环境下企业技术创新能力测度模型。

| Abstract: | Too much attention had been paid to innovation output rather than technology innovation process in present studies. Based on the chain-linked model put forward by Kline and Rosenberg, the model for enterprises' technology innovation process under the net environment was set up. What's more, the affecting factors of technology innovation process were rotated by the measure of varimaxmum. Then, components of enterprises' technology innovation capability were figured out, and were shown to have high reliability by Cronbach, the model of enterprises' technology innovation capability measurement under the network environment was obtained, which laid theoretic and empirical foundation for enterprises' technology innovation capability. |
